At CRS Roofing, we offer warranties through CertainTeed. We use CertainTeed for our materials as they are the best quality for the cost. We offer 3, 4, and 5-Star Warranties!.

3-Star Warranty

Our 3-star manufacturer’s warranty is a 20 year warranty. It covers workmanship, materials & labor, and tear-off in the case of something happening to your roof. If you select this warranty option, CRS Roofing LLC provides a 5 year workmanship warranty.

4-Star Warranty

Our 4-star manufacturer’s warranty is a 50 year warranty. It covers workmanship, materials & labor, and tear-off in the case of something happening to your roof. If you select this warranty option, CRS Roofing LLC will provide a 15 year workmanship warranty.

5-Star Warranty

Our 5-star manufacturer’s warranty is a 50 year warranty. It covers workmanship, materials & labor, and tear-off in the case of something happening to your roof. If you select this warranty option, CRS Roofing LLC will provide a 30 year workmanship warranty.

Pricing

  • Service calls start off at a flat rate of $425 plus material cost for the first hour. If the task requires additional time, we charge $75 per additional hour per person working.

  • The pricing for a full roof replacement depends on the roofing project. You will need to schedule an estimate.

  • We are now offering senior and military discounts off of full roof replacements, and the best part is that they are stackable! In order to receive the discounts, please provide the following:

    Military Discount ($500 off) - Veteran (VIC) or Department of Defense (DoD) Identification Card, Driver’s License with Veteran endorsement, or other valid military identification.

    Senior Discount ($500 off) - Valid Driver’s License or State ID.

  • Change Orders may be made and added to your final invoice in the case of additional work needing done, such as replacing plywood, that was not included in the original estimate.

    All change orders will be discussed with and approved by the homeowner before the work is done.

For Replacements: 30% of your total will be required to be put down on the schedule for your project, 30% of the total is required when the job begins, and the last 40% is due within ten days of job completion and receival of your final invoice. *Change Orders may be made in the case of additional work. Please check your final invoice for a Change Order amount before making your final payment.

For Repairs: 50% of your total will be required to be put down on the schedule for your project, and the remaining 50% will be due within 10 days of job completion and receival of your final invoice.

Any remaining balance on the invoice after 10 days will have a late fee of 1.5% added to the total remaining balance and will continue to be added monthly until the invoice is closed.
