Mario, our senior Production Manager, brings decades of industry knowledge and a reputation for excellence earned through years on the roof. His son Jonathan works alongside him, combining that deep-rooted expertise with a forward-thinking approach and strong project coordination skills to keep every job running seamlessly. Together, they ensure that every project runs smoothly, efficiently, and up to our high standards. Behind the scenes, his daughter Jhoana leads our marketing and social media efforts with creativity and strategy, helping to share our story and connect with the community we proudly serve.

We also take great pride in employing our own in-house crews rather than subcontracting jobs to the lowest bidder, as many companies do. Our team members are trained by us and continuously updated on the latest industry standards and safety guidelines to ensure consistent, top-tier workmanship. We currently operate three skilled and reliable crews led by Daniel, Victor, and Pedro—each of whom brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and years of hands-on roofing experience to every project. Daniel is known for his precision and problem-solving, he approaches each roof like a puzzle and doesn’t rest until every piece fits perfectly. Victor is a steady hand with a calm, methodical leadership style that keeps even the most complex jobs on track and on schedule. Pedro brings unmatched energy and drive to the job site—he sets a fast pace without ever sacrificing quality, earning the respect of both his crew and our clients.
